Peacefully at Ed’s House Hospice in Cobourg on Thursday June 3rd, 2021, Margaret Roberts (nee Godwin) at 89 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Roberts. Loving mother of Deborah Roberts (Thomas Jenkinson), Karen Smith, and Paul Roberts. Cherished grandmother of Christopher, Meghan, Mackenzie, Elizabeth, Celine, Miranda, Kylah, and great grandmother of James, Emmet, Rebecca, Quintin, Rowan, Caleb, Patrick, Emily, Grayson, Keiren, Conor, Jense, Brenner, Kellan, Torran, Cole, and Riley. Cremation with later interment at Park Lawn Cemetery in Toronto.
At this time Margaret’s family would like to express their sincerest thanks to the VON Assisted Living Program, the staff of PRHC and NHH and the staff of Ed’s House for their care and support. Thanks also to the friends of St. Peter’s Anglican Church for their condolences and Father Ed for his kindness and thoughtful Prayer Service.

I knew Margaret from St.Peters. She would attend our Women of Faith breakfasts and the 8:30 service. I enjoyed conversations with her. She was a gracious, kind faithful woman.
