But once she had grandchildren she didn’t stop sharing. She was a very proud grandma. Marj was always smiling and very kind, especially to the children in her care at school. She will be missed everyday. Please take care of yourselves at this difficult time. She will always be alive with the wonderful memories she made with everyone.

I've worked with Marjorie many times over the years as an educational assistant. I recently had the pleasure of sharing my mornings with her as she was my bus duty partner. Our mornings were never boring as we always had stories to share about our families and our fur babies. I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I have had the pleasure of working with Marjorie over the last few years at SMSS. I enjoyed our occasional shopping trips (Marj could spot a bargain) and our many morning chats. Postie was always smiling, kind and helpful. I will miss her and offer my deepest sympathies to her family. Blessing, my friend.

I have had the honour and pleasure of working with Marjorie for the past seven years at St. Mary's. She was one of my main support systems here, always there to listen or have a story about her family when she thought I needed cheering up. She was one of the most compassionate people I have ever met, and her loss will be felt years to come at the school.

Marjorie loved working with all students, she was a caring & compassionate person & very proud of her family. I had the pleasure of working with her at St. Francis of Assisi. My thoughts & prayers are with her family.

I only got to know Marjorie last spring while watching as she landscaped her front yard. We got talking and soon sat together over wine on my porch. We had a lot in common and it was the beginning of a new friendship. We even talked about camping together sometime. I took her on a ride in my little convertible last summer and she loved it. I will treasure the memories, however brief. She had a true love of life and her enthusiasm will be missed. I am so sorry for your loss.

To Kristina, Garth, Brianna, and your families... I am beyond sorry for your loss. Your Mom, as you all know, was a force of nature around our school. Always full of energy, kindness for her kids at school, and armed with a story to tell. But she was proudest of all of you lot. She loved to give us updates on how you all were doing, and how the family was growing. Losing people we love is always so difficult, but when an illness moves as fast as your Mom's, well that presents its own kind of challenge. This was indeed a shock, and very sad to hear. Marjorie and I worked closedly together at St. Mary Elementary in Grafton and then again at SMSS. We shared a lot of laughs, along with a lot of professional dialogue. Marjorie was one of the most committed people I have worked with, and I know for a fact she made in difference in the life of one young man. So sorry I can't offer condolences in person.

I am so sorry to hear of Marjorie’s passing. We worked along side each other at Access and took our pups to obedience school together. She was so worried Buddy would be untrainable but felt better that my dog PD was the class clown and causing the most ruckus! We laughed about it for years after. Marg was one of the kindest and loving persons I know. Her children and grandchildren meant the world to her and she was a true friend. She was taken from us far to early but we will cherish the memories and love we shared with her forever.
