This notice was very hard, it took me back many years ago when Bobby passed, I can see a bit of him in Jordan and that makes it even more heart breaking. "A moment in time" Gas Station/young Lad pulls up driving Lawn mower. I'm putting gas into my vehicle. Happy, smiling young Lad putting gas into lawn mower. We start talking. He is so talkative. I had asked him how his day was and what he may be doing for the rest of the day. I am mowing Scott's lawn. He was so motivated to do the lawn mowing for his grandfather. I was sure he was Jordan. As our conversation continued. I would have taken him home in a minute. We chatted for several minutes. Then he was on his way to mow Scott's lawn. A young Man taking up conversation with me. I am so much older. This says volumes . I've thought, felt so much respect from Jordan (for Jordan) many times since. Also our Grandchildren Britt and Jake shared a friendship with Jordan. Back when South Cramahe Public School was open, every month the Colborne Chronicle weekly newspaper was called to take photos of “Students of the Month”. One time stands out SO distinctly: a young boy who struggled at school was awarded “Most Improved”. But here’s where the REAL story is: that young kid refused to have his picture taken unless Jordan was with him. The award-winner said he never would have won the honour without the support and encouragement of Jordan. Bam. Thank you, Jordan.
