Sorry to hear about the loss of a good friend. We did not keep in touch very much, but she was always there if you called her or asked for help. Lots of memories at the "farm" of sledding and having a good time years ago. Watching the kids grow up and her ability to do lots of crafts!! Deb and her will be in heaven doing lots of crafts together. The sky will be beautiful with her and she will always be in your heart. Lots of pictures and memories you will have. Her spirit will live on in you and you will never forget her.

Charmaine and I met in Junior High and were delighted to meet up again later in life...we even took bellydancing class together (she was the star of the class!). Thoughts and prayers for her family, her memory will live on in in all those lucky to have known her.
Charmaine was a wonderful woman. I first met her when she worked at The Human Bean. Over the last couple of years, she would often join our breakfast group at the Bean and reminisce about the former Cobourg days and all the businesses that used to be on King St. She had a great sense of humour and was always so friendly and welcoming. I will truly miss her and I know her family will always keep her alive in their thoughts and memories. I am truly sorry they have lost such an amazing member of their family for family was the most important part of her life. God bless all of you.

Deep Sympathy on your loss.
I’m so sorry for your loss. I met Charmaine many years ago in Mr. Vanderwaters grade 7 class at Dale Road School. She was very welcoming to me as I was the new kid on the block. I’ve never forgotten that. Over the years we would catch up when we ran into each other at the grocery store or on King St. I had the pleasure of a good chat with her at the legion with her daughter and future son in law when they were planning their wedding. I’m very thankful for that. A truly thoughtful and caring person. She will be truly missed.

Once again just wanted you to know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Sincerely, Carol Lawless

I am so sorry for your loss. I went to high school with Charmaine. She was such a kind and down to earth person. I ran into her a few years back and we stood and chatted for a while. I’m sorry we didn’t stay connected. My prayers are with you all at this very difficult time.
It was a shock to hear of Charmaine's passing. She was my second mum, there since 1996 to give me a swift kick in the butt when needed. Opening her home and heart to me when I was going through a rough time, with no hesitation. My thoughts go out to David, Corey, Kim, Lynn, Bev and their extended families. My thoughts especially go out to Becky, who dropped everything to live with and look after her mother selflessly these last seven months, being her rock and her support, asking for nothing in return. You truly are the best daughter, Charmaine nailed it when she raised you. All my love, #1

Well shock is what I feel first of course and then sorrow that it is a couple of years since I last saw Charmaine, having moved out of the Cobourg area and you lose touch so easily :( at the.human bean she was always smiling when serving people and later she also enjoyed working at the retirement home. And of course the stained glass that she loved to design. My life was better for knowing her and she has a legacy of children and grandchildren whom she adored.
