Gail Estrada - September 6, 2020

Dearest Rod, Taegan and Braek, A few hours ago I was sadly informed of Carol’s passing and I’m still trying to come to terms with the shocking news. Your hearts must be breaking and I’m sincerely so very sorry for your loss. My prayers will be with all of you as you struggle to accept this sad reality. Although Carol and I haven’t connected in several years, the time we spent together while she lived in BC were some of the best times. Carol’s sense of humour and her free spirit always allowed for unpredictable scenarios to crop up -making time spent with her an adventure. Starting our young families about the same time also made for a special bond with Carol and my regret now is that we didn’t stay connected after you (Rod) transferred back to Ontario. Oddly though, I still felt a kindred spirit with Carol even at a distance....she is just that type of person....her friendship will always leave an impression with me, and when memories are recalled, as they often do, a big smile will certainly beam across my face, remembering some of the crazy things that we managed to find ourselves doing. Carol my friend, I’m thinking and praying for your safe travel into the open arms of Jesus! ❤️Gail ...xoxoxo...
