I was lucky enough to meet Uncle Peter once on my trip to Ontario and he welcomed me with open arms and a warm, tight hug. I was also lucky enough to experience him taking off his shoes and socks with Kim, Abbie & the girls to “ground“ with us in the backyard. I’m sure he thought we were all crazy, but did it anyway. One of my favourite memories from our trip that I will always hold close to my heart. He was such a warm, kind soul and will truly be missed. Sending all of my love to the family.
Wendy and family I am a friend of Chris and Andrea’s. I just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you all. I remember sitting in your back yard watching bats and being terrified. Pete made me feel better about them. Memories are a gift that help us through the difficult days. Use them to make you smile, laugh and cry when you think of Pete. Allow yourself to feel all of these. Take care of each other. Family is important.
