Born December 6th 1923, he has passed away peacefully, on Sunday, May 24th, 2020, at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, Ontario, in his 97th year. Neil served in the British army from ‘42 to’47. Beloved husband of the late Selina (née Dixon), loving father of Leslie McNeil and Neil McNeil, and cherished grandfather of Ardith McNeil and Myvanwy McNeil. He will be missed. As per Neil’s wishes, a cremation has taken place. Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
Leslie and Family, The thoughts of my family and I are with you during this difficult time. Regardless of age, it is never easy to lose a loved one. I hope you find solice in the idea the we are nothing but energy, energy that can never be destroyed or created. Which is why those we loved are always near us.
