Andrea and Family. I'm so sorry for your loss. I hadn't seen your Mom in some time but the photo really captures her sweet soul! I know it's hard not to be able to visit and share these days, but please know that I will be including your Mom in my prayers.
To Andrea,Rick & family.... Jean was a very proud mother, grandmother & great & great great Grandmother who loved her family they were her pride & joy. Jean & Andy were one of the couples who were always there to welcome Rick & I back in 1983 when we moved to Cobourg, All through the years through St. Michael's church Parish & the Knights of Columbus the CWL & Ladies Auxiliary always there with a big smile, hug and that twinkle in her eye & that knowing laugh. I always looked around to make sure Jean was present at any function and felt happy when we saw her as I knew we would be sharing that smile, hug, twinkle in the eyes & that knowing laugh at some point during the evening. Just a few weeks ago Jean was there at Jim's birthday party at the hall and although Jean was still going every day for her radiation cancer treatments ...Jean seemed very well that day & enjoyed seeing & visiting & laughing with everyone there. Jean was so involved in volunteering to assist St. Michael's parish & any organization where she could help..only stepping back a bit the last couple of years... Jean is loved by so many and will always will be remembered and missed. Jean I can't look around for you anymore but I have done it for so long I know you will always come into my mind at those times because you will always be in my heart..thanks for all the years of your friendship, smile & hugs.. I know you are happy with Andy and are watching over all of us...
