Dear Scott and David,Un fortunately I received word of your dad's passing in Florida. I was unable to get home for the service but wanted to pass on to you the many joys I had as a friend and fellow councillor with your dad. He was an honest and straight forward man who approached everything he did with integrity and passion. I missed him when he moved to Ottawa but will continue to enjoy the fond memories of things we shared in the political arena, the strawberry patch and in our homes with a glass of wine. He was a treasured member of the Colborne community and will be missed.Regards, Pat Westrope

“Our deepest condolences go out to the family of Ted Pedlar. Ted and his wife before him were always supporters of the library and took a great interest in our activities. Ted even picked up the "ukulele" for a short time at the library a few years back. He was a man of many many talents and a great member of Colborne's community. – message from “Colborne Library CEO & Staff” .
