Passed peacefully in his 94th year at Port Hope Extendicare on June 13, 2019. Cecil was the loving husband of Teresa Rita (nee Finnerty) for 70 years. Beloved father to Sheila Bruckner (Peter), the late Randy Yanta, Barry Yanta (the late Cindy). Grandfather to Tim, Christopher, Brendan, Brett and Courtney. Cecil was a very proud WW2 Veteran who served in the RCAF. A Celebration of Life will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home Reception Centre 30 King St. E., Cobourg on Thursday June 20, 2019 from 1 to 4 p.m. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the wonderful caring staff at Port Hope Extendicare (Sylvan house).
