Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, Marilyn Bassett (nee West) at 61 years of age. Former wife of Peter Bassett. Cherished mother of David Bassett (Kelsey Cranston) and Michelle Bassett. Beloved daughter of Elva West and the late Hayden West. Dear sister of Karen McKnight (Stan) and Violet West (Derek Partridge). Also missed by her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Cremation with a celebration of life on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Camborne United Church.
