Robert Jenkins

December 4, 1943 - November 14, 2018

With great sadness we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Edward Jenkins. Peacefully with his family at his bedside on Wednesday November 14, 2018 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Beloved husband of Marlene (nee McCann), brother of Margaret (Fred), loving father of Scott (Lynette), Dean (June), Gilbert (Laurie) and Erin (Steven). Loving grandfather of Jake, Sarah, Emily, Mackenzie, Nick, Max, Grace, Maddie and Rowan. Predeceased by his brother Gordon, father Edward and mother Kathleen. He will be remembered by his many nieces and nephews. With a great love of his local community, Bob was an active member and touched many lives through his dedication of time, to refereeing hockey, working with local fire and police services, and as an officer with the local air cadets. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cobourg Salvation Army. Visitation and toast for the life of Bob Jenkins will be Tuesday November 20th, 2018 at the Best Western Cobourg Inn and Convention Centre from 4pm- 8pm.
