Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital on Friday, October 5th, 2018 in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Marion Switzer (nee Neill). Loving son of William Switzer and the late Helen Switzer. Cherished father of Carolyn Switzer and Mark Switzer (Wendy). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Nolan Nairn, Jess Nairn, Brett Switzer and Cole Switzer. Brother of Tom (Barb), Carolyn Evanson, Nancy Benson (Mike), Steve (Chris), John (Lise) and Michael (Kathy). David will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St., E., Cobourg on Saturday, October 20th from 10:30 -11 am., followed by a memorial service at 11 am.
