Suddenly at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Saturday February 3rd, 2018 in his 58th year. Beloved husband of Denise Finlay (nee Fulford). Loving father of Devin (Christina), Shannon (Travis) and Christopher. Cherished grandfather of Savannah and Alissa. Dear brother of Cathy (Grant), John (Bryan) and the late Caroline. At Bill’s request there will be no visiting or service. A celebration of life will be held at the Grafton Legion on Sunday, February 11th, 2018 from 1-4 p.m. (The family requests that you dress casually).
