Heather Dianne Purvis

Passed away at her home on Thursday July 6, 2017 with Bruce by her side in her 59th year.  Predeceased by her parents Kaye and Gilbert.  Survived by life-long partner Bruce and brother David.  Also survived by aunts Effie and Shirley and uncles Ken and Elgon.  Survived by sisters-in-law Mary, Charlotte and Joanne; brothers-in-law John and Larry and numerous cousins; nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephew.  Heather was an Ontario Scholar and also graduated with Honours from the University of Toronto.  She started her employment with the former Manpower Department of the Federal Government and continued with the various agencies until her retirement this year.  She will be sadly missed by special friends Liz, Donna, Johnene and Debbie.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.  Condolences received at www.MacCoubrey.com.
