Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Centre Oshawa on Sunday January 22nd, 2017 in her 60th year. Beloved partner of Steven VanHemmen. Loving mother of Alyssa, Ariel and Sawyer. Dear grandmother of Emmett and Wayland. Susan is survived by her siblings Roy, Laverne, Wayne, Elaine, Sandra, Judy, Pat, Ken, Brenda, Donna, Gary, Robert and Richard and pre-deceased by Wes and Ramona.
