Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Friday April 3, 2015 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Valda (nee McCleary). Loving father of Jonathan, Darren (Sandra) and Janet Bewers (Jason) . Proud grandfather of Jenneva and Adam Ward, Sofia and James Ward, and Bobby and Rebecca Bewers. Brother of Ted (Anne), Denton (Helen), Ron (Gloria), and predeceased by Thomas (Anne). David will be remembered by his nieces and nephews, and will be missed by many friends. Visitation will take place at MacCoubrey Funeral Home 30 King St. E., Cobourg on April 7 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A service will take place at the Roseneath Civic Centre on April 8 at 2 pm.
