Helen Mary Quinn Campbell (nee Cavalier), peacefully, at home, after a long illness, in her 94th year, on Sunday, March 1, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Ted Quinn (1962) and Donald Campbell (2011). She was the much loved and respected mom of Christine Meadows (Tom), Ted Quinn (Brenda), Donald Quinn (Heather), Liza Quinn, Amy Quinn, Frank Quinn (Pat) and Sean Quinn (Dan). Helen was predeceased by her son Charlie in 1979. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Ida Mae Cavalier (Puffer). She was the proud grandmother to 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Helen was a graduate of the Cleveland School of Art and was a lifelong artist and creative person of many talents with a great sense of style and intricate knowledge of antiques. Her passion for art and antiques was inspirational and shared with many throughout her life. She was a long-time member of both the Art Gallery of Cobourg (Northumberland) and the Victoria Hall Volunteers. Helen will be greatly missed by the whole family and her circle of long time friends. Helen's Celebration of Life will be held at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home Reception Centre, 30 King Street East, Cobourg on Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 2-5 p.m. If desired, donations in memory of Helen can be made to the Art Gallery of Northumberland.
