Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Thursday, December 4that the age of 78. Cherished husband of Edith. Loving father of Jamie (Wendy), Julie (Ric), Jody and Jeffrey (Beth). Proud poppa of Dana, Erin, Rikki-Lynn (Dan), Brady and Jessi. Dear brother of Thomas, Corrie (Cliff) and the late Margaret. Devoted son of the late Mable and William Smith Sr. Missed by his many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at the Cobourg Legion, 136 Orr St., on Saturday, January 3rd 2015 from 1-3pm. Donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Cobourg Legion Poppy Fund.
