Suddenly on Friday October 3rd, 2014 at St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto. Beloved husband of Pauline Bailey nee Haward and father to Janet Gilchrist Bailey. Beloved brother to Bruce Bailey and brother-in-law to Alfredo Ferran Calle and dear uncle to Sam J. MacKay Bailey. Beloved brother-in-law to Peter and Sharon Haward,Tony and Kathleen Haward, Marie and Steve Taylor and Roy Pennington and their families. Beloved stepson of Irene Wright Bailey.  Predeceased by his parents William H. C. Bailey and Jessie L. Browning Bailey by his sister Linda H. Bailey, brother-in-law John Gilchrist and sister-in-law Joan Pennington.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 8th , 2014 between 7:00 and 9:00 pm with funeral service on Thursday October 9th at 11 a.m. in the chapel at MACCOUBREY FUNERAL HOME, 30 King Street East, Cobourg, Ontario.
