Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Wednesday April 9th, 2014 in his 91styear. Beloved husband of Fern Cooney (nee Carr). Loving father of Joey Cooney and Lori Marshman (Kevin). Dear papa of Josh Cooney, Jake Cooney (Jessica), Samantha Cooney, Kyle Marshman (Brittany) and Justin Marshman (Autumn). Lovingly remembered by his sister Mary Martin and his nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St., E., Cobourg on Sunday from 1-4 pm. A funeral service will be held in the MacCoubrey Funeral Home on Monday April 14th, 2014 at 2 pm. Interment in Baltimore East Cemetery in the spring.
