Peacefully at Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Friday, February 7, 2014 at the age of 90. Mike was the beloved husband of the late Elsie (nee Howard). Dear father of Rose Black (Lloyd) of Warkworth, Susanne Black (Rick) of Colborne, Charlie Black (Joy) of Colborne and the late David Black. Grandfather of Jennette, David, Jacob and Jesse. Great-grandfather of Adara. Step-grandfather of Lisa, Louise, Lloydette, Susan and Lloyd. He will be sadly missed by his 12 step-great-grandchildren and 10 step-great-great-grandchildren. A complete funeral service will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 11 King St. W., Colborne on Saturday, February 15 at 2 p.m. Friends will be received from 1 p.m. until time of service.
