(Veteran WW II) Peacefully at Crown Ridge Place in Trenton on Saturday, October 12th, Jack Allin at 98 years of age. Husband of the late Martha Louise Allin (nee Cole) and the late Lorinda Allin. Dear father of Michael John Allin (Kathy Donato) and Elizabeth "Liz" Jeffrey (John). Beloved grandfather of Heather Allin (Eddie Roue), Ben Allin, Max Allin, Bradley Jeffrey (Jules), and Laura Jeffrey (Brad Patzer). Brother of Marion Proctor and predeceased by his siblings Lorne, Bill, Margaret, Una, and Gertrude. Visitation to be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home (30 King St. E., Cobourg) on Friday October 18th, from 6 to 8 pm and a second visitation will be held at Trinity United Church (Corner of Chapel and Division St., Cobourg) on Saturday, October 19th from 1 to 2 pm. A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Jack Allin will be held at Trinity United Church on Saturday, October 19th, at 2 pm. Comrades of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 133 will gather at the funeral home on Friday evening for a 5:45 pm walk through.
