HAMMOND, Raymond Albert – Peacefully at home on Thursday, May 2, 2013 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Margaret Hammond. Loving father of Wanda Barlow (Floyd), Brenda Hammond, Diane Gray and Wayne Hammond (Patricia). Cherished grandfather of Shawn, Daryn, Stacey, Christopher, Taryn, Jennifer, Lorraine, Shannon, Sandra, Justin, Bradley, Samantha and Katie and 12 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Marjorie Thompson (the late Ken), Marion Vardy (the late Howard), Phyllis Hewie (the late Jack), Sharon Reid (Allan), Donna Bemkie and the late Glen Hammond (Jane). Beloved son of the late Frank and Verna Hammond. Raymond will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, numerous friends and neighbours. Friends will be received at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg on Monday, May 6th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 7th at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Cobourg Union Cemetery.
