(Former employee of Kraft - General Foods) Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg on Friday, April 5th, 2013, Sheila Herron (nee Hamill) at 68 years of age. Loving wife of Michael Herron. Dear mother of Kenny Ellis (Jennifer) and Rod Ellis (Jody) and step-mother of Chris Herron (Carla) and Angela Herron. Cherished grandmother of Ryan, Raleen, Cassie (Dylan), Shamin (predeceased), Jeremy, Tyler, Ariana, Alyse, and great grandmother of David. Sister of Ferne McGill (the late Morley), Carol MacLeod (Norm), and Larry Hamill. Predeceased by her brothers Doug Hamill (the late Jacqui), William Hamill, and Allen Samis (Lorraine). Also missed by numerous nieces & nephews and her many close friends. Visitation to be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Wednesday, April 10th, from 7-9 pm and on Thursday, April 11th, for one hour prior to the service, from 1 to 2 pm. A Memorial Service will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home on Thursday, April 11th, at 2 pm. Interment to follow at the Heritage Cemetery of St. Peter.
