Jane Jones-Patterson

Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital, on January 9, 2013, Jane Jones-Patterson in her 94thyear.  Beloved wife of the late Dr. Leslie Patterson and the late Joseph R. Jones.  Cherished mother of Robert “Bob” Jones (Tina) of Oshawa, William “Bill” Jones of Peterborough, Linda Tredree (David) of Cobourg and Judy Jones-Howard of Fergus.  Loving grandmotherof Bradley, Russell, Heather, Christopher, Susan, Michael, Clayton and Todd and great grandmother of 14 great grandchildren.  Dear sister of Betty Burry of Vancouver and predeceased by her sisters Lorraine (Honey) Clapper of Peterborough and Sylvia Pratt of Vancouver, her brothers  Will and Donald Pratt of Chicago and her parents George and Mabelle Pratt of Vancouver.  Jane will also be missed by the extended Patterson family:  David, James (Marilyn), Paul (Dawn), Michael (Kristen) and Richard (Doris), her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, and dear friends.  Jane's life achievements were 50 plus years in the Trinity United Church Hastings Choir and Charter Member and Librarian of the Hastings Public Library for 17 years. Cremation with a memorial service to be held at the Trinity United Church (corner of Chapel and Division St. in Cobourg) on Monday, February 4th, at 1 pm.  Visitation will be from 12 noon until time of the service.  Interment will be at Little Lake Cemetery, Peterborough, in the spring.  Those wishing may make memorial donations to Trinity United Church, Heart & Stroke Foundation or Charity of Choice.  Condolences received at www.MacCoubrey.com.
