Bedard, Betty Jean – Peacefully on Tuesday July 24, 2012 at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg in her 80th year.  Beloved wife of John Allan.  Loving mother of the late John Jr., Susan and her husband Ted Blute, Lynn and her husband Doug Holland, Nancy and her husband the late Peter Harnden, Peter and his wife Karen, and the late Michael and his wife Kathy.  Dear sister of Carol and her husband Paul Desbois.  She will be sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  A private family service will be held at St. Michael’s Cemetery.  Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
