Allan Fenton

  Peacefully at the Golden Plough Lodge in Cobourg on Friday, November 25th, 2011, Allan Fenton at 87 years of age.  Beloved husband of Stephanie Fenton (nee Woodley).  Dear father of Ann Young (Scott), Eve Rusaw (Gary), and the late Alan Fenton (Jennifer).  Loving grandfather of Ali, Jake, Eric, and Jill.  Dear brother of Dorothy Sharpe.  Predeceased by his parents Ethel and Harry and his siblings Marjorie, Charles, and Robert.  A Memorial Service will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Saturday, December 3rd, at 2 pm.  Visitation to be held at the funeral home on Saturday, for one hour prior to the service.  Reception to follow the service in the MacCoubrey Funeral Home Reception Hall.  Interment at Fairview Cemetery in Grafton at a later date.  A special thank you to the wonderful staff at the Golden Plough Lodge, especially those in MacMillan Garden where Dad spent his last few months.  We appreciate the loving care provided on a daily basis.  Thank you to Dr. Moorsom, Dr. Cross and Dr. Amin as well.  Our family would also like to extend our gratitude to two special people who helped Dad through a difficult illness, Bob Lee and Diane Dunk.  Those wishing may make a memorial donation by cheque to the Golden Plough Lodge Palliative Care.  Condolences received at www.MacCoubrey.com
