Beatty, Thomas Joseph Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Tuesday, December 16, 2003 in his 82nd. year. Husband of Dorothy Goodings of Colborne. Loving father of Hugh Beatty (Kathy) of Grafton, Robin Beatty (Carolyne) of Baltimore, Becky Williams (Brian) of Colborne and the late Lynn Armstrong. Dear grandfather of 11 grandchildren and pre-deceased by his grandson Jamie Beatty. Great grandfather of 10 great grandchildren and predeceased by a great grandson, Eric Armstrong. Brother of Jack, Margaret, Bernice, Dean and the late Janet, Helen, Marjorie, Hugh and Grant. Fondly remembered by his special friend Jackie Finley. Friends may call at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 11 King St. W., Colborne on Friday , December 19th from 2 -4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 20th at 2 p.m. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Grafton. Comrades of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 187, Colborne are asked to assemble at the funeral home Friday at 7:30 p.m. for a service.
