TURK, Lillian May – Peacefully at Extendicare Cobourg, on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the age of 92. Loving wife for 73 years of the late Everett Turk (June 2011). Loving mother of Marlene Sandercock (Don) of Camborne, Ray Turk (Dorenda) of Cold Springs, Linda Bonner (Bryce) of Millbrook and Warren Turk (Cathy Ross) of Tweed. Dear grandmother of Scott Sandercock (Cindy), Chris Sandercock, Lynette Sandercock, Mark Turk (Diane), Kim Thomas (Steve), Brian Turk (Melanie), Laurie Rody (Warren), Lisa Bonner, LanaTowers (Ken), and Hannah Lough (Brennan). Great grandmother of Jeremy, Jennifer (Ryan) and Bowen Sandercock;  Nathan, Andrew and Jordan Turk; Ethan and Kieran Thomas; Ryan and Carson Rody; Emma and Aden Towers; and Chloe Lough. Great, great grandmother of Tove and Drake. She is also survived by her nieces Marie Willis (the late Reg), Lorene Johnson (Ivan) and her nephew Ewart Timlin (Bonnie). Friends will be received at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg on Lillian’s birthday, December 2, 2011 from 12 pm until the time of the funeral service to be held at 2 pm. Interment to follow in Cold Springs Pioneer Memorial Cemetery. Those wishing may make donations to St. Paul’s United Church, the Cold Springs Pioneer Memorial Cemetery or a charity of their choice.
