MACDONALD, WILLIAM (BILL) - Peacefully with dignity, courage and especially humour, at the Northumberland Hills Hospital Cobourg, in his 65thyear, on Wednesday April 13th, 2011. Beloved husband of Bev (Lewis) MacDonald. Loving father of Bill (Roma), Scott (Sandra), Tracy (Scott), and Trevor (Heather). Cherished grandfather (Papa) of Kelly, Dayna, Bryce, Frances, Tanner, Jarrett, Jacob, Raine and Liza. Dear brother of Gwen (Bob) and Robert. Dear brother-in-law of Brenda (Wayne), Terry (Taryn), Tom (Deb) and Tim. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Rose MacDonald, and his mother and father in law, Ruth and Tom Lewis. Visitation will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home 30 King St E Cobourg, on Sunday April 17, from 2-5 pm and Monday April 18 from 1-2 pm, with a Memorial Service to follow at 2pm. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Northumberland Hills Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
