Chapple, Dorothy E. Peacefully surrounded by her family at Streamway Villa Cobourg on Saturday, January 16th, 2010, Dorothy Chapple (nee Purdy) at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Bert Chapple. Predeceased by her children Joe, Robert, Mary Ann, Jack, and Linda. Dear grandmother of Kerrie Chapple (Les), John Chapple (Lori), Kim Dolan (Mike), Ken Lipa (Julie), Brett Butler (Heather), Shane Gutteridge, and great grandmother of 10 great grandchildren. Sister of the late Tom, Will, Mary, and Rose. Also missed by her daughter-in-law Kitty Lipa. A Funeral Service will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Tuesday, January 19th, at 2 pm, with visiting one hour prior to the service, from 1pm until 2 pm.
