Ivatt, George Allan Passed away peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital with his family by his side on Monday March 5th, 2007 in his 85th year. Allan was born on September 1st, 1922, in Mulhollands. Son of the late Abraham Ivatt and Ethel Blodgett. Beloved husband of Clara (nee Coffey) of Centreton. Cherished father of Faye Baxter (David) and Dennis Ivatt (Joanne) all of Centreton. Loving grandfather of Lisa Ivatt-Mahy (Alex) of Colborne, Mike Ivatt (Aimee Young) of Harwood and Kimberly Leddy (Mike) of Cobourg. Dear great grandfather of Airica and Mason Mahy, Ethan Young and Benjamin Ivatt. Dear brother of Gladys Chapple, Jean McBride (Allan), Bessie Milgate, Charlie Ivatt, Lavigne Adams and predeceased by sisters Muriel Aird and Doris Brown. Dear Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg, for visitation on Wednesday March 7th, 2007 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home on Thursday March 8th, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to take place at Centreton Cemetery in the Spring.
