Rutherford, Alexander MacKenzie Suddenly on Saturday, August 26th, 2006, Alex Rutherford at 18 years of age. Cherished son of Bruce and Katrina Rutherford. Dear brother of Clayton and Michael Rutherford. Loving grandson of Georgette and Harvey May, and Jack and the late Carolyn Rutherford. Sadly missed by aunts Tracy (Doug) and Brenda (Mike), and uncle Jack (Kathy) and their families. Also missed by his girlfriend Emily McIelwain and his numerous friends. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Peter's Church (Corner of College & King St. E. in Cobourg) on Friday, September 1st at 11 am. Interment to follow at Cobourg Union Cemetery. Visitation to be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Thursday, August 31st, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Those wishing may make a memorial contribution by cheque to the Alex Rutherford Scholarship Fund.
