"Rose Beyond the Wall" A rose once grew where all could see, sheltered beside a garden wall, And as the days passed swiftly by, it spread its branches, straight and tall...   One day, a beam of light shone through a crevice that had opened wide ~ The rose bent gently toward its warmth then passed beyond to the other side   Now, you who deeply feel its loss, be comforted ~ the rose blooms there ~ its beauty even greater now, nurtured by God's own loving care. 💔You will be missed💔

Pat Murphy - July 13, 2020

Dear Barb, Beth, Bob and Families, Mary and I were saddened to hear of Maebelle's passing. Also sorry that this condolence message is delayed in coming to you. Your mother was a good woman. She was a strong woman and fiercely devoted to Dave and her family, and you all showed your love to her in return. She was a good neighbour when we lived on Shirley street and she often shared advice with us . She maintained her neighbourly manner with us when we would visit Mary's mother at Rosewood. She will be missed.

Bonnie Beaudoin (nee Beattie) - July 10, 2020

Bob, you touched my heart when you left a lovely, caring message when my Mom passed, I wanted to return the caring expression of condolence. Your Mom came into the Bulk Barn frequently when I was working there, and we would always have a lovely conversation. A very family orientated Mom and Grandma, and Great Grandma, who always spoke with a proud and endearing love of her family. My deepest sympathy Bob. May your Mom Rest in Peace. Sincerely Bonnie Beaudoin (nee Beattie)

Eleanor Abramczyk - July 10, 2020

Hello Barb: Sorry to see your mom passed away in June. As you know we went to high school and we were born the same year. I was proudly her Maid of Honor. Palicades would never give me your mom's phone # or room #. It was their policy for security reasons. You are not in the phone book so here I am, thinking happy thoughts of you and Beth and Bobby. There was your mom and dad, plus 19 more of you now. The Cowin name lives on. I hope life is being good to you and yours. Hope to see around now and again, as before. Love, Eleanor
